we are still working on completing the online ordering part of our site, which will be coming soon. until then, ordering from us is easy! browse our fabulous products - once you find the perfect design, you pick the paper colors, ink colors, fonts, designs, bows and then we put it together for you. you can just email us at info@barclaypapers.com to submit your order. below are simple instructions that will walk you through the ordering process. it’s easy to get exactly what you want!

:: how to order from barclay papers
1. browse our designs and pick out one that you like - be sure to note the item number!
2. choose your options: font, paper colors, ink colors
3. if your favorite design has a bow, or if you want to add a bow, pick your style of ribbon
4. email info@barclaypapers.com with your information. be sure to include the following:
-name, address, email address, phone number
-item number, font, paper color, ink colors and if you want a bow
-quantity
-photo size, if you are adding a photo to your card
-the wording for your cards or invitations
-any special requests or needs
5. we will contact you shortly with an order confirmation, proof (within 24-48 hours of order receipt) and price quote.

:: some things to remember:
*all proofs take 24-48 hours depending on the season
*an electronic proof is required for all orders
*all orders take 3-5 business days to print (does not include shipping)
*rush orders available by request. Contact us for timing/quote on your order
*all SQUARE shaped cards REQUIRE extra postage (check with post office for current rates)
*if you are ordering wedding invitations or invitations that require additional enclosures, be sure to take it to your post office and ask the exact postage required
*barclay papers is not responsible for errors on orders once the proof has been approved. we will gladly reprint your order with corrected information at a 20% discount. if we make a mistake during printing, we will replace the order at no cost to you. we are happy when our customers are happy and love their order!
