barclay papers is the creation of pace barclay riley lossen, who has worked in the business since her school days at the university of texas. pace specializes in custom invitations, with each design being unique.

all set-ups are FREE up to 15 lines on one item
any item with more than 15 lines is $30

we have limited clip art available which is free
graphic design
custom art fees are $50 - $125 per job depending on what you need. some jobs are more
extensive and we charge hourly at $50 per hour.
there is a $50 fee to convert customer art work to camera-ready artwork
photo scanning and set-up fee is $25
proofs
first proof FREE, each additional proof is $5
proofs are sent within 24-48 hours depending on season
rush orders
may not be available in peek seasons, and not available for all designs

cancellation
after set-up, before approval, $30 per proof after approval, billed according to costs incurred
errors
as a courtesy, items reprinted due to customer errors will be priced at 20% off. if barclay papers makes an error on your order, we will correct it at no charge and ship as quickly as possible.
envelopes
all orders come with white envelopes unless specified otherwise less 5% if you don’t need an
envelope many times you can get your envelopes early. some envelopes require extra postage. please check with your local post office. square envelopes require extra postage.
printing
our designs are flat-printed. letterpress and thermography are available for an additional
charge.
samples
samples are available for a charge of $2 each, postage included.
shipping
we ship orders using the united states postal service. we can upgrade your order to two day or next day express service for an additional fee.
